Financial PolicyInsurance: We accept assignment of most dental plans. However, we do require payment of the estimated copayment portion of your bill at the time of service. After your dental plan processes your claim, you will be responsible for any remaining balance. If your dental plan has not paid your account in full within 45 days, the balance is your responsibility, and must be paid once you receive your billing statement. Payment Options: Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Additional financing is available pending approval through Care Credit. In order to make payment plans convenient for our customers, we offer several options for payment: Payment in Full 5% discount for payment of full charge amount(no pending insurance) at the time of service. Partial Payments We can extend payments up to 90 days with the following two options: 1. Automatic payment drafted from checking account. One-half of the balance is due at the time of service. The remaining balance may be drafted on either the 1st or the 15th of every month, as long as balance is paid in full within 90 days. 2. Automatic credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. One half of the balance must be paid at the time of service. The remaining balance will be split into three automatic monthly payments using the debit or credit card number left on file in the office.
